The Shed
In 2009 Hudson Yards Development Corporate and the partners of Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group tapped Dalzell to study the opportunities private events can bring to new development. In collaboration with Beckelman-Capalino and Bloomberg the consulting expanded to include research, models and presentations on multiple fronts: international program calendars, studies in comparable local and national space use, valuation of commercial and non-profit programming models, and considerations for a functioning and sustainable exhibit and production operation.
